Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in the UAE is seeking a skilled expeditor to manage purchase order expediting and supplier coordination, ensuring on-time delivery of materials essential to operations. You will maintain real-time ERP/SAP records and collaborate across procurement, logistics, warehouse, engineering and finance to resolve issues.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or supply chain and UAE experience in procurement or logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain or equivalent.
• Experience in procurement expediting, supply chain or logistics, UAE preferred.
• Fluent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedite Purchase Orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to monitor order progress, shipment readiness, and on-time delivery.
• Provide timely progress updates and maintain ERP/SAP records for PO and shipment milestones.
• Coordinate transportation planning and freight movements (air, sea, and land).
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, security, warehouse, Health & Safety and contractual requirements.
• Prepare supplier performance reports and management updates.
