Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Customer Service leader to supervise a team of agents and coordinate with Pricing and Sales. The role focuses on maintaining high service quality, guiding key accounts, and implementing new traffic loads.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Logistics and 3–4 years in freight-forwarding, with strong negotiation, communication, and project coordination skills. UAE import/export knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or relevant field is required.
• 3–4 years’ experience in Logistics & Warehouse management within freight-forwarding.
• Knowledge of UAE import/export laws and customs clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Customer Service team and ensure high-quality service.
• Validate customer profiles with Pricing and Sales teams.
• Secure correct implementation of new traffics and handle key accounts.
• Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers, carriers, and partners.
• Resolve conflicts and provide proactive solutions to clients.
• Monitor workload and plan resources for the team.
• Train new recruits on processes and policies.
• Conduct regular meetings to discuss updates and issues.
• Drive process improvements focused on customer satisfaction.
