Job summary

Blue Deebaj Shipping LLC in Dubai seeks a Logistics Operations Coordinator with proven UAE experience to plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.

You will direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle; liaise with suppliers, negotiate costs, and ensure compliance with local and international laws while maintaining key performance metrics and driving continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Logistics operations coordinator/executive in UAE for at least 5 years.
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management.
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Knowledge of Pricing and Quoting.
• Driving license is an added advantage.
• start up experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keep track of quality, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train colleagues.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with local and international laws.
• Manage all the portals required for the operations.
• Initiate and carry out the required certifications and accreditation.
