Job summary

Damac Properties in Dubai seeks a senior design leadership professional to coordinate customer-facing activities for hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects, acting as the primary interface between clients, design consultants, internal engineering teams, procurement, construction, and operations.

You will translate complex customer requirements into design criteria, review MSAs and SLAs, and ensure compliance while optimizing cost, schedule, and performance across global time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering with relevant experience in data centers.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Extensive experience leading international projects and hyperscale facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing coordination for hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects.
• Review, negotiate, and manage MSAs and SLAs, ensuring compliance.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable design criteria and specs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to meet code, cost, and timeline goals.
• Lead workshops, design reviews, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain customer requirement matrices and compliance gap analyses.
