Job summary

Damac Properties seeks a senior design leader to coordinate customer-facing efforts for hyperscaler and enterprise data center projects in the UAE. You will align architectural, electrical, mechanical, and ICT teams to satisfy stringent client and regulatory requirements.

You will negotiate MSAs/SLAs, translate complex requirements into actionable criteria, and drive design reviews and workshops across time zones, ensuring timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong international customer management experience.
• Experience leading remote delivery across multiple time zones (Dubai-global coordination).
• Proven ability to translate client requirements into design criteria and ensure alignment with standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing coordination for hyperscaler and enterprise data center clients.
• Review, negotiate, and manage customer agreements including MSAs and SLAs.
• Translate requirements into actionable design criteria and integrate into design deliverables and construction documents.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to meet customer requirements while maintaining codes, efficiency, and timelines.
• Lead technical workshops, design reviews, and coordination meetings with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain requirement matrices, compliance trackers, and gap analysis reports.
