Job summary

DAMAC Digital seeks an experienced Senior Manager for Electrical leadership to drive design and technical delivery of hyperscale and enterprise data center projects. The role oversees internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to ensure resilient, compliant electrical infrastructure from concept to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in electrical design and 7–10 years in leadership of large-scale infrastructure teams, with deep knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, UPS, and power

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical engineering design and project delivery.
• Minimum 7–10 years leading electrical engineering teams for hyperscale or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering data center developments from concept through commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and technical delivery of data center projects.
• Develop electrical design strategies and execution plans aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate MV/HV/LV, UPS, standby generation, grounding, lighting and power infrastructure.
• Lead design of mission-critical systems for high availability and resilience.
• Review and approve electrical deliverables at all stages.
• Coordinate with international consultants, utilities, contractors, vendors.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NFPA, BS, and local authority codes.
