Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and project delivery.
• Experience leading mechanical engineering teams for hyperscale or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Extensive knowledge of mission-critical cooling technologies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical engineering design and technical delivery of data centre projects.
• Coordinate interfaces with architectural, structural, electrical, ICT, and other teams.
• Review and approve mechanical deliverables at all design stages.
• Ensure compliance with international codes and company standards.
• Mentor and develop mechanical engineering teams and oversee consultants and vendors.
• Support procurement, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
