Damac Properties seeks an accomplished Manager – Electrical to lead the electrical design and delivery of hyperscale and enterprise data centre projects in the UAE. The role requires directing technical teams, coordinating with architectural, mechanical, ICT, and vendor partners, and ensuring solutions meet reliability, efficiency and regulatory standards.

The candidate should have extensive experience in HV/MV/LV systems, UPS and standby power, and proven leadership for large-scale

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or higher.
• Masters degree preferred for senior roles.
• Minimum 15 years in electrical design and project delivery.
• Experience with hyperscale or large-scale data centre projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical design and technical delivery for data centre projects.
• Develop design strategies, execution plans and roadmaps.
• Manage MV/HV/LV, UPS, standby gen, grounding, lighting and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces with architecture, structures, ICT, ELV, security and vendors.
• Review deliverables, schedules and milestones; drive value engineering.
• Provide technical authority and mentor engineering teams.
