Job summary

DP World is seeking a Global Director for Key Account Management - Consumer to lead strategic client relationships and growth across the consumer goods sector. This senior role will drive account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver executive-level engagement with key clients globally.

You will shape the growth strategy, manage complex bids, and ensure high-performance through global account planning and proactive issue resolution, while mentoring a dispersed team across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas at relevant scale.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in transport, logistics, or freight forwarding with focus on Consumer Goods.
• Extensive sales experience with demonstrable results.
• Experience leading and managing global teams.
• FMCG sector experience in Beverages, Non-Perishable Foods, Personal Care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships at C-suite level.
• Lead account plans and quarterly business reviews with assigned accounts.
• Manage global account plans and track growth, renewals and profitability.
• Coordinate internal resources to tailor solutions and close deals.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in global account management.
• Act as DP World ambassador, ensuring safety and ethical standards.
