Job summary

Boundless, a global financial services group, seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, performance, policy implementation, and payroll coordination in the UAE. You will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure compliant, practical HR processes aligned with UAE Labour Law, while driving employee engagement and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• 7-12+ years of HR experience with broad responsibilities.
• Experience in HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Operations Manager, or comparable position.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices within the UAE.
• Experience across HR operations, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and lifecycle management.
• Professional HR qualifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, onboarding through employee changes, performance management, and offboarding.
• Act as a key contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Manage and resolve employee relations matters professionally, consistently, and in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop, review, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal HR documentation.
• Support managers with performance management, probation reviews, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee onboarding and induction processes to ensure effective integration of employees.
