Job summary

TalentBridge Dubai is seeking an experienced Group HR & Admin Manager to lead the HR and Administration function across UAE and Saudi Arabia. Based at the Dubai Head Office, you will manage policies, payroll coordination, immigration, employee relations and welfare for a workforce of approximately 400 employees.

This hands-on leadership role requires strategic and operational capability, governance across multiple entities, and strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Saudisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3 years in an HR management position.
• Experience supporting multi-entity or group structures.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Saudisation would be advantageous.
• Hands-on expertise across recruitment, payroll, immigration, benefits and HR policy development.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and policies across UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce welfare for 400 employees.
• Coordinate payroll, WPS compliance and benefits administration.
• Ensure immigration, visas and government procedures are handled efficiently.
• Manage employee relations, performance, training and HR reporting.
