Job summary

Hyrd Consulting seeks an organized HR Executive with around three years of experience to manage daily HR operations across the UAE, UK and US. Experience in a technology start-up or high-growth tech environment is essential.

You will oversee onboarding, benefits, compliance and employee relations while ensuring a positive employee experience, coordinating visa processes, and maintaining records and HR systems across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
• Hands-on experience with UAE HR administration, immigration, and employee benefits.
• Experience supporting a multinational workforce; UK-based employees is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, inductions, probation reviews, and offboarding.
• Coordinate UAE visa applications, renewals, and cancellations and relevant providers.
• Maintain employee records, HR systems, contracts, benefits, health insurance, and leave records.
• Support employee relations, performance reviews, and manager queries.
• Ensure HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance records are up to date.
• Coordinate employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and internal HR communications.
• Manage exit processes, final payroll inputs, visa cancellations, and equipment returns.
