Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior leader to drive the global expansion of a Saudi fragrance brand. You will shape the international growth strategy and build strategic partnerships across global retailers, ecommerce platforms, distributors and wholesalers.

With a focus on Europe, the USA, Asia and Africa, you will negotiate wholesale and franchise agreements, leverage existing relationships to list the brand, and work with senior leadership to hit ambitious international revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience developing international retail, ecommerce, wholesale or distribution partnerships outside the Middle East.
• Established relationships with international beauty retailers, ecommerce platforms, distributors or buying teams.
• Proven success securing new retail listings and opening international markets.
• Arabic language proficiency preferred; exceptional non-Arabic candidates considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global expansion strategy across key global markets.
• Identify and secure new partnerships with international retailers, ecommerce platforms, distributors and wholesalers.
• Leverage relationships to secure brand listings and listings with new retailers.
• Develop RTM strategies across Europe, the USA, Asia and Africa.
• Identify and negotiate new wholesale, distribution and franchise agreements.
• Manage strategic commercial partnerships to drive sales growth and strengthen brand presence internationally.
• Work with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and deliver international revenue targets.
