GRG, a leading fragrance group, seeks a Division Head Fragrance to lead the commercial strategy and P&L across GCC, India and Europe. The role focuses on organic growth through market entry, portfolio direction, pricing, and channel strategy while shaping inorganic growth via strategic partnerships.

You will build regional operating models, forge senior relationships, and align Brand, Product and Supply to deliver the division's ambitions.

Formación

• Twelve plus years of progressive commercial leadership with strong P&L ownership at regional or divisional scale.
• Substantial track record in fragrance, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or ingredients/fragrances sectors.
• Proven success driving organic growth across revenue, margin, market share and portfolio expansion.
• Experience leading or playing a central role in inorganic growth through partnerships from origination to integration.
• Direct commercial experience across GCC, India, and Europe or similar developed/high-growth markets.
• History building and developing large multi-country commercial teams.
• Strategic commercial leadership with full P&L responsibility and balance of growth, margin and investment.
• Fluency in deal origination, evaluation, structuring, negotiation and post-merger integration.
• Deep understanding of the fragrance market across categories, channels and regional dynamics.
• Cross-cultural leadership with ability to build trust and drive performance across GCC, India and Europe.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building from distributors to boardroom.
• Executive presence and communication to represent the division at board and market level.

• Own the commercial strategy and P&L for the Fragrance division across GCC, India, and Europe, and set its long-term vision.
• Architect organic growth with market entry, expansion, portfolio direction, channel strategy, and pricing.
• Design inorganic growth by identifying, evaluating and structuring strategic partnerships.
• Build regional operating model and go-to-market structures supporting each geography.
• Forge senior relationships with partners, key accounts and prospective targets.
• Partner with Brand, Product and Supply to align ambition with what can be delivered.
• Drive momentum and revenue acceleration across all three regions with ambitious targets.
• Energise regional teams around a shared vision, unlocking pace, ownership and belief.
• Accelerate deal cycles by turning opportunities into integrated value and transactions.
• Champion the Fragrance division and open doors as a partner of choice across GCC, India and Europe.
• Spark cross-regional collaboration so wins in one market benefit others.
