Job summary

3S Money is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Dubai for a hybrid role (4 days in the office, 1 remote). You will drive growth across international markets, win new business through your network, and manage the full sales cycle from origination to close.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in selling fintech, FX, payments or banking solutions.
• Strong outbound B2B sales track record.
• Experience with international payments, FX and ideally virtual IBANs.
• Existing professional network and relationship-led sales approach.
• Fluent English plus another European language is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Driving outbound sales across targeted markets.
• Winning new business through your network and strategic prospecting that generates your success.
• Managing the full sales cycle from origination to close.
• Building relationships with founders, CFOs and other key decision makers within international businesses.
• Developing partnerships with legal, corporate and other professional service firms.
• Maintaining strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• Working closely with Client Management and Revenue leadership to grow long-term client value.
• Developing and executing on strategies to drive company revenue.
