Huzzle, a fast-growing fintech startup reimagining global payments, is seeking a Lead Outbound Sales Specialist to drive international expansion. You will bridge high-value prospects with our cross-border payment solutions, acting as a strategic sales leader in a startup-with-traction environment.

This fully remote, offshore role offers performance-based bonuses, a clear progression path, and flexible hours with GMT overlap.

Qualifications

• Exceptional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven track record in Lead Qualification and Cold Calling.
• Advanced expertise in Pipeline Management and the closing process.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work GMT hours with overlap (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM GMT).
• Experience in Fintech, Foreign Exchange (FX), or Cross-Border Payments.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic outbound prospecting to identify and engage international businesses requiring cross-border payment solutions.
• Conduct high-level lead qualification and cold calling to introduce the company’s digital platform and FX services.
• Manage the end-to-end top-of-funnel pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of booked appointments for the closing team.
• Own and optimize the outreach process to meet a target KPI of £12k in monthly sales profit.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine the sales script, lead lists, and outreach strategy.
• Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions and pipeline movements within the company’s tracking systems.
