Job summary

Remote DXB is a fast-growing Dubai-based digital asset infrastructure company seeking a senior commercial leader to own global revenue and drive international expansion. You will define ICP, pricing, and build a high-performing international sales organization, closely aligning with product and engineering to translate market feedback into development priorities.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial leadership experience.
Strong background in fintech, payments, financial infrastructure, or digital assets.
Experience leading international enterprise sales teams.
Proven ability to build and scale commercial organisations.
Strong understanding of API-based financial infrastructure and enterprise technology sales.
Experience selling complex B2B solutions to financial institutions.
Experience across multiple international markets.

Responsibilities

Own global revenue and commercial performance.
Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy and international expansion.
Define customer segmentation, ICP, and pricing strategy.
Build, recruit, and lead a high-performing international commercial team.
