Job summary

UMO is seeking a CFO to own and build the finance function from the ground up, spanning accounting, treasury, FP&A and planning. This executive role requires broad regulatory expertise and a track record of scaling financial operations in fintech.

You will lead cross-border finance in a highly regulated environment, reporting to founders and partnering with senior leadership to drive unit economics and strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in banking finance and retail digital banking operations.
• Experience managing multi-asset treasury and cross-border liquidity.
• Proven ability to lead finance in international, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the global finance organization, including accounting, treasury, FP&A, and planning.
• Develop and implement scalable financial systems with strong governance.
• Interface with regulators, manage licensing, reporting, and audit schedules.
• Partner with CEO/board on long-term budgeting and profitability metrics.
