Job summary

UMO, a stealth-mode FinTech venture, seeks a Chief Product Officer to own the global product ecosystem from zero to one. You will shape strategic direction, partner with founders, and lead a cross-functional product organization across remote teams.

You will prioritize a minimal licensable product, embed regulatory considerations into design, and build an agentic architecture with AI as part of the operating model.

Qualifications

• Experience building regulated financial products from zero to one in fintech, crypto, custodian, or digital banking.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for regulated financial products from concept to launch.
• Lead and grow the product organization with a culture of high performance and data literacy.
• Architect a financial ecosystem built for autonomous agents and AI as part of the operating model.
• Maintain schedule discipline and deliver minimal licensable product without sacrificing quality.
• Incorporate regulatory, compliance, and audit inputs into product features and strategy.
• Collaborate with CTO on feasibility and alignment between product and engineering.
