Job summary

UMO is hiring a senior Growth leader to own the product-led growth and data-driven marketing stack. You will build an intent-driven decision layer, develop first-party data foundations, and orchestrate GTM for new markets while ensuring compliance and trusted brand positioning.

Lead cross-functional Growth, Data, Marketing, and CRM teams across regions, driving LTV, engagement, and value delivery within a regulated fintech context.

Qualifications

• Executive Growth Leadership experience in senior marketing or growth roles (7+ years) in fintech/tech/data environments.
• Experience building first-party data strategies, CDPs, and event-tracking.
• Proven PLG strategy development driving acquisition/retention through product workflows.
• Understanding of data protection and consent governance in regulated settings.

Responsibilities

• Build an intent detection and decisioning system integrated into product growth.
• Develop first-party data strategy, CDP, data layer, and data clean rooms.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys powered by behavior and life events.
• Develop GTM strategies for new products/markets with performance focus.
• Shape brand as an AI-native financial assistant and trusted decision layer.
• Ensure GDPR/compliance collaboration with CISO and Legal.
• Build real-time metrics measuring intent accuracy, LTV, retention.
• Lead Growth, Data, Marketing, and CRM teams cross-functionally.
