Job summary

UMO is seeking a senior product leader to own the global product ecosystem from zero to one, partnering with the founders on strategic direction. You will build an autonomous, AI-enabled financial platform across regulated products, balancing regulatory needs with rapid delivery and high-quality user experiences.

You will lead the product organization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes with data-driven decisions while maintaining focus on minimal licensable offerings

Qualifications

• Regulated fintech background with experience shipping products from concept to launch.
• Ability to lead product orgs, hire and mentor teams, foster data literacy.
• Experience designing architecture for agentic/AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for regulated financial products from concept to launch.
• Lead and grow the product organization, promoting high performance and low ego.
• Architect a platform for autonomous agents and AI-enabled workflows.
• Maintain scope discipline to deliver a minimal licensable product on time.
• Collaborate with CTO on feasibility and engineering commitments.
• Communicate product vision and strategic rationale across the company.
