Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably fintech/brokerage/online trading.
• Deep understanding of IB/Affiliate programs, commissions, referrals, and payout systems.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms, BI tools, and back-office integrations.
• Ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for IB and Partner Portals.
• Define, enhance, and maintain partner commission, referral, and performance management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and data analytics to ensure accurate calculations, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Analytics to align product functionality with regulatory requirements.
• Drive transparency and usability across partner dashboards and user experiences.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specs.
• Benchmark industry-leading partner ecosystems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
