Job summary

ecap, a fast‑growing B2B tech business headquartered in Dubai, seeks a commercially minded CFO to lead financial strategy and execution. Reporting to the CEO and working with the Board, you will drive FP&A, budgeting, cash flow, and long‑term planning while strengthening controls and IFRS reporting.

You will partner with leadership to accelerate revenue growth, manage investor relationships, and lead future equity and debt fundraising with rigorous financial modelling.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in SaaS/tech.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, P&L management and commercial finance experience.
• Proven track record of capital raising and investor relations.
• Experience reporting to CEOs, boards and shareholders.
• Exposure to M&A due diligence.
• Strong financial modelling and IFRS knowledge.
• Professional accounting qualification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with growth.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, long-term planning.
• Drive profitability improvements and financial controls.
• Strengthen reporting and operational efficiencies.
• Provide strategic financial advice to CEO and leadership.
• Lead equity and debt fundraising, including modelling.
• Manage relationships with shareholders, banks, auditors.
• Prepare and present performance, projections to Board.
• Support potential M&A activity and due diligence.
• Partner with sales on revenue growth, pricing and margins.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant financial reporting.
