Job summary

Dot Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior External Communications Lead to translate our strategy into high‑impact plans across media relations, public affairs, corporate communications, digital content and events. You will work with the Global Head of Communications, move quickly, and be a senior media voice and trusted adviser to leaders on reputation and crisis responses.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in external communications, in-house or agency.
• Experience across multiple regions with cross‑cultural collaboration.
• Excellent writer and editor; adaptable to different audiences.
• Strong media relationships and proven coverage track record.
• Crisis management experience with sound judgment under pressure.
• Corporate/B2B media experience in at least one of real estate, financial services, or hospitality and leisure.
• Willingness to work flexibly across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Group's external communications strategy into annual plans with clear priorities.
• Own delivery of the plan at pace, balancing multiple brands and markets.
• Develop strategy, narratives, and messaging frameworks for defined areas.
• Coordinate with Internal Communications to align announcements across the business.
• Lead media relations campaigns, press office activity, and crisis response.
