Job summary

Jex Recruitment is seeking a senior communications leader to head the organisation's external communications, partnering with senior leadership to deliver an integrated strategy aligned with business priorities.

You will drive corporate PR, media relations, executive profiling and thought leadership, while guiding internal communications, reputation management and crisis response across the UAE and regional markets.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations or corporate affairs.
• Proven experience across external PR/media relations and internal communications.
• Strong track record advising senior executives and managing corporate reputation.
• Experience delivering crisis communications, executive positioning and employee engagement programmes.
• Strong UAE/Middle East media knowledge and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and leadership capabilities.
