Client of Discovered MENA seeks a Vice President of PR and Communications to lead the corporate communications function from Dubai. You will craft internal and external strategies, guard brand reputation, and elevate global visibility alongside senior leadership.

You will manage thought leadership initiatives, media relations, content creation, and messaging consistency across all channels, guiding teams and external partners to drive performance and impact.

Qualificações

• 6–8 years of progressive marketing communications experience, including at least 4 years in a management role within a major organisation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in content creation, media outreach, and strategic messaging across global and regional markets.
• Strong capability in web analytics and data driven campaign performance tracking.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in Arabic preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to advise executive leadership, build key stakeholder partnerships, and lead high performing creative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee overarching internal and external communications strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across external PR, internal employee communications, social media, and content creation.
• Build and maintain messaging architectures and spokespeople matrices for senior executives.
• Drive global thought leadership including op-eds, feature stories, white papers, speeches and industry commentaries.
• Establish strong media relations with leading publications across local, regional and international markets.
• Guide and mentor internal communications managers, social media teams, copywriters and external agencies.
• Establish performance metrics and use web analytics to audit and refine campaign reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across corporate documentation, presentations, press releases and digital channels.
