Job summary

Agile Consultants seeks an experienced Order Processing Manager to lead end-to-end order processing for international exports. You will own the process from entry to invoicing, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and company policies.

Lead a team, manage SLAs, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and Logistics to optimize order flow and KPI performance. UAE-based, on-site role with global responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
• 10–12 years in order processing/supply chain in FMCG/export
• Proven experience leading an Order Processing or Export Operations dept
• 4–5 years in a leadership role
• ERP/Navision knowledge advantageous
• Experience with international export docs (LCs, Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary)
• MS Office suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; Power BI

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order processing from entry to invoicing.
• Set and monitor SLAs across all export markets.
• Resolve escalated order discrepancies with internal teams and freight partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and export regulations.
• Lead and develop the Order Processing department; recruitment, training and performance management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Warehouse.
• Identify gaps and drive automation and improvements; KPI tracking.
• Handle audits and maintain ISO/HACCP/FSMA compliance; produce SOPs.
• Prepare quarterly customer surveys and manage shipping documents.
