Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Order Processing Manager to lead our order processing function for international export operations. You will be the main liaison with clients, ensure accurate processing from order entry through to shipment, invoicing, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

You will report to the General Manager and oversee a team, setting KPIs and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. A strong background in FMCG export operations and ERP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in order processing/supply chain within FMCG/export
• Proven managerial experience in Order Processing/Export Operations
• Knowledge of ERP/Navision and export documentation is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order processing from entry to invoicing and delivery
• Set and monitor SLAs across all export markets and queues
• Lead the Order Processing Department with recruitment, training, and performance management
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth order flow
• Prepare and present KPI reports and drive process improvements
• Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards
