Job summary

TXM Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end order processing and deliver exceptional service across international markets. The successful candidate will handle export operations, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics or Export Operations.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via email, phone, ERP and other channels; ensure timely responses.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt to delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with SLAs.
• Handle complaints and escalate when needed; document resolutions and feedback.
• Coordinate export documentation and ensure compliance for international shipments (Africa and Europe).
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports on order status, customer service performance and KPIs.
