Job summary

Metaworld Consultant in Dubai seeks an Executive Assistant to directly support the General Manager, managing daily schedules, travel, and high-priority tasks.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and English, detail-oriented, discreet, and globally mobile, with experience in fast-paced, cross-cultural settings and the ability to coordinate complex meetings and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and English language skills required for professional communication.
• Prior EA or similar experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage cross-border duties.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GM’s schedule and follow up on daily work and urgent tasks.
• Manage business travel, itineraries, bookings and meetings.
• Attend meetings and coordinate on-site events and client visits.
• Serve as primary liaison between GM and clients, partners and suppliers.
• Track projects, tasks and action items for timely completion.
• Maintain organized documentation, minutes and background materials.
