Job summary

RemotePass is expanding its global footprint and you will own establishing new entities and keeping existing ones in good standing. This hands-on, delivery-focused role requires coordination with legal, finance, and operations, driving scoping to operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in corporate secretarial or governance roles.
• Experience supporting a multi-entity or multinational group across jurisdictions.
• Hands-on ownership of corporate records, statutory filings, and board/shareholder resolutions.
• Familiar with notarisation, certification, and legalisation of corporate documents.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage our global entity lifecycle.
• Own entity setup and maintenance globally, from market scoping through governance and compliance.
• Direct a cross-functional team across legal, finance, and operations, owning the plan and delivery at every stage.
• Engage senior stakeholders and keep leadership aligned with progress.
• Maintain corporate records, renewals, registrations, filings, and board resolutions.
• Surface risks early and drive decisions to keep projects moving.
• Support NDAs, vendor agreements, banking documents, lease terms, and contract templates.
