Job summary

• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience at COO-level or Group Operations oversight.
• Strong track record in multi-entity, cross-border governance.
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate with unrestricted travel passport.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across Dubai HQ, two international foundations, and partners.
• Ensure delivery of annual roadmap, governance, and portal-based standards.
• Oversee day-to-day execution with compliance, accountability, and strategic alignment.
• Facilitate weekly strategy reviews with the Group CEO and deliver concise reports.
• Coordinate with country/entity leads and liaise with legal partners, donors, and internal heads.
• Monitor performance against efficiency, cost, delivery timelines, and regulatory compliance.
