Job summary

A Norwegian owned technology group operating across Norway, the Netherlands, Singapore, Denmark and the UAE is seeking its first dedicated Financial Controller. You will own consolidation, close, audit and statutory reporting across the group, reporting to the Group CFO.

You will manage multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation, month-end close, and external audit, while delivering management reporting and SaaS metrics. Remote work is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 5–8+ years PQE and 3+ years in a controller/group accountant ownership role.
• Experience building or running multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and month-end close ownership.
• Big Four experience is a plus.
• Advanced QuickBooks experience, ideally as an operator.
• Ability to work remotely in a proactive, professional and accurate manner.
• Nordic/Singapore/Netherlands statutory exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation including intercompany elimination and acquisition accounting.
• Manage month-end and year-end close and ensure balance sheet integrity; revenue recognition for a SaaS business.
• Own external audit liaison and statutory filings across Norway, Netherlands and Singapore.
• Prepare management reporting, budgeting/reforecasting, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR) and cash flow reporting.
