Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Dubai, UAE is seeking a skilled professional to lead the end-to-end liquidation and dissolution of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate with Finance, Tax, Legal and external advisers to ensure timely, compliant closures.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several entity-closure projects simultaneously while maintaining complete documentation and ensuring regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, law, or governance.
• Experience in legal entity management or liquidation projects.
• Experience multi-country closures preferred.
• Experience with SAP ERP preferred.
• Experience in multinational organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end liquidation, dissolution, and deregistration of entities across jurisdictions.
• Prepare liquidation trackers, project plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate closure activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Track milestones and monitor costs against budgets.
