Job summary

Vibe Education LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive student recruitment and grow our network of education partners through both B2C and B2B channels.

The role requires experience in international student recruitment, lead generation, partner onboarding, and relationship management, with a track record of meeting enrollment targets and working across CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• 3+ years of business development, student recruitment, education consultancy, or related roles.
• Proven B2B and B2C recruitment experience with education partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent lead generation, follow-up, and conversion abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management.
• Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert student leads through digital, offline, and event-based channels.
• Promote Dubai education programs through school visits, fairs, webinars, and information sessions.
• Counsel students and parents on courses, admissions, scholarships, and visa requirements.
• Manage follow-ups, CRM records, applications, and enrollment targets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with education consultants, agencies, and institutional partners.
• Promote programs, admissions processes, and partnership opportunities to drive student recruitment.
• Support partners with student conversion strategies and resolve operational requirements.
• Monitor partner performance and explore new markets to increase enrollment.
