Job summary

AW Rostamani Group is seeking an experienced Customs Documentation Officer in Dubai to manage end-to-end clearance for import and export shipments. You will ensure timely collection of delivery orders, accurate document preparation, and effective communication with customs, ports, and customers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in freight forwarding and documentation, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance and documentation for imports/exports.
• Arrange collection of delivery orders and prepare required documentation for clients.
• Liaise with Customs, ports, chambers, consulates, and customers to ensure smooth processing.
• Oversee documentation activities in the absence of supervisors.
• Provide accurate documentation, customs, port and rate information to Operations Manager on request.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and tariffs.
