Job summary

Alfa Laval’s Customer Excellence Team in the Middle East seeks an experienced Customer Support Specialist – Standard Orders to support Dubai-based operations. The role covers international order management, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across customers and suppliers.

You will handle complex orders, ensure timely processing, and maintain accuracy in documentation while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the Order-to-Invoice cycle.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in customer support, order management, supply chain, or logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of orders and email correspondence efficiently, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Experience with sea/air freight and associated export documentation and payments terms.
• Good knowledge of Incoterms and export-related processes; ERP experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage export orders throughout the complete Order-to-Invoice cycle.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Support order management activities including entry, fulfilment tracking, invoicing and closure.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international payment terms; handle related documentation.
