Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Customer Support Specialist – Standard Orders to join the Supply Chain & Logistics team for the Middle East region. You will manage export orders and ensure accurate documentation, coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver orders on time and compliant with Incoterms.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in customer support, order management or logistics, strong Excel skills (Power BI a plus), and experience with SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in customer support, order management, supply chain, or logistics operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with I Scala will be an added advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in Power BI and other Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage export orders throughout the complete Order-to-Invoice supply chain and logistics cycle.
• Handle complex sales and service orders for international customers.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Support sales and service order management, including order entry, fulfilment tracking, invoicing, and order closure.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Incoterms, international payment terms, and export documentation requirements.
