Job summary

DHL Express UAE is seeking a Credit Collection Specialist to actively manage and coordinate collections for a customer portfolio in line with company policies. You will promote favorable terms, resolve billing issues, and drive timely collections while maintaining meticulous records.

The role requires strong communication, customer service orientation, and experience in collections, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Experience with DHL Express preferred.
Good telephone conversation/handling skills.
Effective communication and conversational skills.
High customer focus and service orientation.
Advanced MS Office knowledge.
Intermediate Presentation skills.
Previous Collection experience is preferred.
Bachelors in Commerce / Accounts.

Responsibilities

Promote DHL trading terms and ensure adherence by customers.
Resolve recurring billing issues with knowledge and expertise.
Maximize collection effectiveness from all customers in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain efficient records of collection activities.
Drive debt collection and engage in customer interactions (including visits as deemed necessary).
Coordinate resolution of sales and customs disputes according to escalation procedures.
Identify cheque and bank transfer allocation issues and coordinate rectification.
Monitor credit accounts and report delinquent customers to Team Leader for review and action.
