• Maintain and update information for all Legal Entities in corporate digital tool and archives in accordance with internal requirements and local law.
• Coordinate and oversee Corporate Filings with government authorities as required by local law.
• Ensure business licenses are up to date and compliant with services and local law.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-country governance projects and corporate actions to support governance objectives.
• Facilitate and attend board meetings and general meetings, including preparation of resolutions, notices, minutes and articles of association.
• Facilitate the preparation of corporate documentation such as Powers of Attorney and other governance records.
