Flatgigs in Dubai seeks a skilled Corporate Setup & Compliance Specialist to lead end-to-end entity formation across UAE Free Zones, Mainland, and Offshore structures. You will manage AML/KYC, onboarding, and bank account openings, ensuring strict regulatory alignment.

You will coordinate with regulators, banks, and partners to maintain compliance calendars, file timely documents, and guide clients through GCC structuring. This role demands strong governance and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of CSP or business setup experience in the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of UAE processes, portals and free zone registries.
• Experience with AML/KYC, banking liaison and regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end entity formation for Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore structures in the UAE.
• Coordinate bank account opening and provide banking advisory with KYC diligence.
• Ensure AML compliance, risk management, and calendar-based regulatory filings.
• Liaise with government registries and labor/immigration departments; guide clients through steps.
