Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Sales Director to lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from market identification and prospecting through solution positioning, commercial negotiations and final closure.

The ideal candidate will build robust pipelines, manage enterprise opportunities and engage CXO-level stakeholders, with a proven BPO/ITES sales background. This remote role is based in Dubai, requiring executive-level negotiation and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales/business development experience in BPO/BPM/CX/ITES.
• Proven record of building and managing a strong sales pipeline and closing large-value deals.
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts and CXO-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to drive opportunities through full sales cycle and convert to revenue.
• Knowledge of RFP/RFI management and commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and target new business opportunities across BPO, BPM, CX, Digital and Technology services.
• Own the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure with accurate forecasting.
• Build relationships with CXO and senior decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Legal to develop winning proposals.
