Job summary

Amazon is seeking an international employee benefits specialist to join our Global Expansions Benefits team. This role supports benefit design strategy implementation and documents benefit expansion activities worldwide, including the US, across health, welfare, and time-away programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with English communication to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects independently.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Experience managing full application stacks from OS to custom apps.
• Experience with multi-country employee benefits program development.

Responsibilities

• Support benefit strategy design, cost analyses and stakeholder input.
• Assist implementation of approved benefit programs and setup providers.
• Support benefits integration in acquisitions.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance and cost monitoring.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance for global programs.
