• Align benefit recommendations with global framework, local practices, and regulatory obligations.
• Gather market data and stakeholder input to support strategy and program decisions.
• Contribute to written benefit proposals, cost analyses, and implementation materials.
• Coordinate provider selection, onboarding, and plan activation.
• Monitor implementation progress and ensure smooth transition with regional teams.
