Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Specialist - Global Employee Benefits in Dubai to drive multi-country benefit design, implementation, and governance across expanding and acquired entities. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Compliance to deliver compliant programs supporting health, welfare, pensions, and time-off benefits.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits, strong project ownership, and vendor management in an international context, with English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or law.
• 3–5 years of professional employee benefits experience.
• Experience delivering multi-country benefit programs.
• Knowledge of international health, welfare, pension, and time-away benefits.
• Experience supporting global expansion or M&A projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support employee benefit strategy for global expansion and M&A initiatives.
• Assess benefit requirements for new entities and acquired populations.
• Design programs aligned with local practices, regulations, and needs.
• Prepare cost-impact analyses and market comparisons for proposals.
• Coordinate benefit providers, on-boarding, and implementation activities.
• Monitor programs during stabilization and ensure smooth transition to regional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage vendor relationships across entities.
