Job summary

ClearGrid is hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to own the full marketing function. You will shape the GCC market presence, run events, build a practitioner community, and develop a strong, research-driven demand generation program that turns interest into qualified pipeline.

You will lead messaging and creative quality, brief partners, and collaborate with sales, product, and leadership while leveraging external specialists where they add value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B marketing in SaaS or complex sales environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Portfolio of brand, campaign, event and content work led personally.
• Hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads with budget ownership.
• Strong SEO and website conversion skills using Semrush, Ahrefs, GA/GA4.
• Experience with G2, Capterra and review generation programs.
• Marketing automation and CRM fluency (HubSpot or Salesforce) with funnel reporting.
• CMS/landing pages ownership (Webflow or WordPress).
• Design literacy to brief and approve creatives (Figma/Canva/Adobe).
• Event delivery across sponsorships, hosted formats and roundtables.
• Comfort engaging GCC executives in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Brand and creative standards across all touchpoints and channels.
• End-to-end events from opportunity selection to post-event follow-up.
• Develop community with heads of collections and senior practitioners.
• SEO, website content, paid search, and profile presence on review sites.
• Digital demand generation via LinkedIn, Google Ads, content distribution.
• Market intelligence translated into positioning and campaigns.
• Simple, reliable reporting on brand, community, demand and pipeline.
