LINKVIVA in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Director to lead strategic planning and execution of marketing for our events and client projects. The role requires translating client objectives into insight-driven strategies that deliver measurable results and overseeing campaigns from brief to reporting.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, align with creative direction, audience engagement, and commercial goals, while building strong client relationships and guiding cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 10 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on events, experiential marketing, or agency environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale integrated marketing campaigns.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead 360 marketing strategies across projects and events.
• Translate client briefs into insight-led marketing approaches.
• Define positioning, messaging and campaign direction.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, media partnerships and activations.
• Drive audience growth, engagement and attendance across all campaign phases.
• Act as the primary marketing lead for clients, presenting strategies and performance insights.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, mentor and develop marketing teams across multiple disciplines.
