Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a Lead Compliance Operations Specialist in Abu Dhabi to drive regulatory readiness across licensed jurisdictions. You will translate commitments into practical operations, coordinate with Legal, Licensing, Product, and regional teams, and ensure timely execution of compliance actions.

Qualifications

5–7 years in Compliance Operations or similar regulated roles.
Experience leading cross-functional projects across jurisdictions.
Strong organizational, coordination and attention to detail.
Fluency in English; Mandarin helpful for collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own tracking of regulatory obligations, licensing conditions and actions, coordinating stakeholders for timely completion.
Develop SOPs, process documentation and readiness materials for new licences.
Monitor adherence to operational compliance processes and escalate risks.
Prepare operational reports and management briefings for senior stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional regulatory implementation with Legal, Licensing, Product, Operations and regions.
Support audits, inspections and remediation tracking with documentation gathering.
Lead gap assessments and remediation to strengthen processes and controls.
