Job summary

Kraken is seeking a senior affiliate operator to own and scale the global affiliate and KOL programme. You will set strategy, recruit and manage partners, and drive funded customers with proven ROI.

Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with regional teams, balance CPA and revenue-share models, and protect brand integrity while using data to optimize growth. This is an autonomous, hands-on role in fintech partnerships requiring a builder mindset.

Qualifications

• A track record of owning and scaling an affiliate programme with measurable value.
• Commercial judgement across CPA, revenue share and incentives; ability to justify payback.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating and growing direct partner relationships.
• Ability to interrogate partner data, cohorts and retention with data teams.
• Experience adapting offers to international markets and regulatory constraints.
• Practical command of tracking, attribution, fraud controls, and brand standards.
• Builder mindset: create processes and leverage AI to improve speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the global affiliate programme across Kraken platforms.
• Set strategy, partner priorities and allocate investments by funded customers and ROI.
• Build relationships with affiliates, publishers, KOLs, and creators; manage terms.
• Evaluate performance and decide on scale, improvement, or exit for partners.
• Work with Data to create cohort views and tests on attribution and growth.
