Job summary

OKX is seeking a BD Manager to drive affiliate growth for the MENA region from Dubai. You will identify and engage crypto partners, manage relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and professional traders, and work with our global team to scale user acquisition across channels.

In this role you will plan online and offline campaigns with influencers and media, develop new affiliate networks, and optimize performance using KPIs and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX or related space with a track record in building large affiliate networks.
• Experience in business development or affiliate management.
• Strong regional connections with HNW clients and professional traders.
• Strong project management and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Understanding of affiliate KPIs and data-driven optimization.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships that consist of HNW clients and professional traders.
• Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA, building partnerships with influencers for user acquisition.
• Plan and execute online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers/KOLs or media channels.
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand.
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates/KOLs and acquire users.
